Nu tii vasul in continuare pe foc, altfel zaharul se caramelizeaza si e normal sa se intareasca. <br /><br />Lasi sa se racoreasca apoi adaugi oul si mixezi bine. Chiar daca vor mai ramane cateva cristale de zahar, ele se vor topi dupa ce adaugi oul.<br /><br />Sper ca te-ai lamurit unde ai gresit si sa-ti iasa de data asta.
