Restul de lapte amestecat cu uleiul si sarea se toarna in castron peste faina. Incorporam si maslinele taiate, apoi acoperim catronul cu folie alimentara si lasam la dospit pentru 2 ore.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ERasturnam aluatul pe masa bine infainata si ii dam forma rotunda. Intre timp, cratita in care vom coace painea o punem in cuptor sa se incalzeasca. Formam chiflele tragand de aluat inspre partea inferioara, formand un soi de bocceluta. Drojdia amestecata cu zaharul si mierea, se dizolva in putina apa calduta. Se toarna peste faina, adaugam restul de apa si uleiul. Se framanta un aluat elastic si omogen.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EScoatem aluatul pe masa unsa cu ulei si-l impartim in 3 parti egale (sau 4, in functie de marimea tavii)\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EFiecare bucata de aluat o intindem cu mana pana ii dam o forma dreptunghiulara. Impaturim dreptunghiul pe lungime, astfel incat sa acopere 3\/4 din suprafata. Lipim marginea apasand usor cu degetele, apoi din partea dublata incepem sa rulam, dand aluatului forma de sul. Amestecam taratele cu faina si sarea. Se toarna in mijloc drojdia dizolvata si restul de apa. Se framanta un aluat elastic, usor lipicios. In timpul framantarii punem si uleiul. Se lasa la dospit pana isi dubleaza volumul. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003EPentru umplutura:\u003C\/b\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E4 cartofi medii\u003Cbr \/\u003E1\/2 capatana de usturoi\u003Cbr \/\u003Esare si piper\u003Cbr \/\u003E50 g unt\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ECartofii se fierb in coaja in apa cu sare. Cand sunt fierti (se verifica cu furculita), se scot si se trec pe sub un jet de apa rece, apoi se curata de coaja. Se pun intr-un castron si se paseaza, apoi se adauga untul, usturoiul pisat, sare si piper dupa gust. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EAluatul se imparte in bucati mici, care se intind in foaie subtire pe masa usor infainata.
