Se aduce la punctul de fierbere, se da deoparte si se  omogenizeaza. Se lasa sa se racoreasca, apoi se  da la congelator, pana se raceste foarte bine si incepe sa se intareasca.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ESe mixeaza crema pana incepe sa capete consistenta. Adaugam frisca batuta si mixam usor pana obtinem o crema fina.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EIntr-un pahar punem bucati de piscoturi si un strat de crema de iaurt. Amestecam energic, sa nu se formeze cocoloase, pana compozitia este bine omogenizata.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EFoaia de napolitana o taiem in 2. Punem ciocolata de casa calda pe una din foi, nivelam bine, apoi acoperim cu cea de-a doua foaie de napolitana. Lasam la foc moderat pana nu se mai aud pocnituri sub capac. Rasturnam intr-un castron incapator si presaram putina sare de mare.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EZaharul il caramelizam la foc mic. Cand a devenit lichid turnam cu atentie smantana pentru frisca si omogenizam. Tinem pe foc, amestecand continuu, pana se topeste caramelul si compozitia se ingroasa putin. La sfarsit punem si o bucatica de unt si omogenizam.
