Aluatul se pune in folie alimentara si se da la rece pentru minim 1 ora.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003EPentru aluatul cu ciocolata:\u003C\/b\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E100 g unt\u003Cbr \/\u003E50 g ciocolata neagra + 2 linguri lapte\u003Cbr \/\u003E1 ou\u003Cbr \/\u003E100 g zahar\u003Cbr \/\u003E~250 g faina\u003Cbr \/\u003E1 lingurita praf de copt\u003Cbr \/\u003E1 lingura cacao \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ECiocolata se topeste la microunde cu 2 linguri de lapte. Se omogenizeaza si se lasa la racit.\u0026nbsp; \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EUntul moale la temperatura camerei se mixeaza cu zaharul pana devine ca o  crema. Se adauga oul si se omogenizeaza. Adaugam apoi ciocolata racita si faina amestecata cu praful de copt, un praf de sare si cacaoa. Se lasa la racit, dupa care se ia cate 1 lingura de \"budinca\" si se incorporeaza in untul frecat spuma. La sfarsit punem si esenta de rom dupa gust. Dam putin la rece sa se intareasca.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EPrajiturelele se lipesc 2 cate 2 cu crema obtinuta, iar marginile se tavalesc prin nuca macinata.
