Se omogenizeaza si se lasa la racit.\u0026nbsp; \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EUntul moale la temperatura camerei se mixeaza cu zaharul pana devine ca o  crema. Se adauga oul si se omogenizeaza. Adaugam apoi ciocolata racita si faina amestecata cu praful de copt, un praf de sare si cacaoa. Cand ajunge la punctul de fierbere dam deoparte si omogenizam. Lasam la racit si cand a ajuns la temperatura camerei se toarna peste prajitura. Se toarna apoi sucul de lamaie amestecand continuu. Vom obtine o compozitie nelegata, doar niste firimituri, dar care la apasare cu lingura devine compacta.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Ci\u003EIn functie de tipul de biscuiti s-ar putea sa mai avem nevoie de putin unt.\u003C\/i\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Ci\u003EBiscuitii am considerat eu a fi destul de dulci si n-am mai pus zahar, dar in fuctie de preferintele voastre puteti adauga 1-2 linguri. \u003C\/i\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ECompozitia o punem intr-o tava (24 cm diametru) cu inel detasabil. Repartizam pe toata suprafata tavii, apoi tasam compozitia cu o lingura sau cu fundul unui pahar. Punem tava intr-o alta tava mai mare, in care am pus apa, pana la jumatate si dam la cuptor la foc mediu pana se rumeneste usor deasupra. Stingem focul si lasam prajitura in cuptor pana se racoreste, turnam deasupra topping-ul de caramel racit, apoi o dam la rece pentru cateva ore.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003EPentru topping-ul de caramel:\u003C\/b\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E150 g zahar\u003Cbr \/\u003E50 g unt\u003Cbr \/\u003E100 ml frisca lichida\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EZaharul se caramelizeaza intr-o craticioara. Cand a devenit auriu si lichid, se da deoparte si turnam frisca lichida (atentie la aburi!) Punem din nou pe foc si amestecam continuu pana se topeste caramelul si compozitia incepe sa se ingroase, moment in care punem si untul. Mai fierbem cateva minute (amestecand continuu, sa nu se prinda de cratita) pana caramelul ajunge la consistenta smantanii.
