Adaugam apoi lapte cat sa ajunga la consistenta dorita. Se toarna in pahare, se adauga cateva cuburi de gheata si se serveste imediat.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ECombinatiile pentru un milkshake delicios tin doar de preferinta fiecaruia. Se toarna apoi sucul de lamaie amestecand continuu. Se toarna in tigaie atata compozitie cat sa acopere fundul tigaii in strat subtire. Se scot pe un gratar si se lasa la racit.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Ci\u003EPuteti inlocui cu succes cu foi de pandispan din comert, daca timpul nu va permite sa coaceti blaturile. Eu nu le-am incercat inca, dar cred ca sunt o alternativa valabila. :)\u003C\/i\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003EPentru crema:\u003C\/b\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E500 ml lapte\u003Cbr \/\u003E50 g amidon\u003Cbr \/\u003E2 linguri zahar\u003Cbr \/\u003E100 g ciocolata alba\u003Cbr \/\u003E150 g unt\u003Cbr \/\u003E75 g zahar pudra\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EAmestecam cele 2 linguri zahar cu amidonul. Adaugam 100 ml lapte putin cate putin, pana obtinem o compozitie omogena, fara cocoloase.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ERestul de lapte se pune intr-o cratita, se adauga ciocolata alba si se incalzeste pana se topeste ciocolata. Dam focul la minim si adaugam amestecul de amidon, amestecand mereu pana se ingroasa. Lasam la racit.
