Acoperim vasul cu folie alimentara si dam la frigider pentru vreo 2 ore, timp in care aluatul se va intari considerabil.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EImpartim aluatul in 3 parti, o parte o punem in congelator, restul il intindem uniform in tava de tarta. Dam la frigider pana pregatim merele, asta daca nu cumva le-ati pregatit intre timp. :))\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003EPentru umplutura:\u003C\/b\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E4 mere medii ca marime\u003Cbr \/\u003E150 g zahar\u003Cbr \/\u003E100 g unt\u003Cbr \/\u003E200 ml smantana pentru frisca\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EMerele se taie cubulete. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EZaharul se caramelizeaza. Cand a devenit lichid si de culoarea chihlimbarului, dam deoparte de pe foc si adaugam untul, apoi smantana pentru frisca. Punem din nou pe foc mic si amestecand continuu, fierbem pana se topeste caramelul. Adaugam cubuletele de mere si le fierbem in caramel pana se inmoaie. dam deoparte si lasama la racit.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EPunem merele in tava de tarta, repartizandu-le uniform pe toata suprafata tavii. Cand le punem peste aluat, incercam sa le scurgem pe cat posibil de excesul de caramel. Ce ramane il vom pastra pentru servire.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ERestul de aluat, cel ce l-am pus la congelator il dam pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mari, repartizand uniform peste umplutura. dam tava la cuptor la foc mediu pana se rumeneste usor deasupra. Eu am avut 15 foi si am pus cate 5 pentru fiecare rulou.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ERestul de unt se topeste si se amesteca cu uleiul. Cu acest amestec vom unge fiecare foaie in parte, pe care mai apoi le vom suprapune. Repartizam uniform merele calite pe toata suprafata, apoi rulam strans.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ERulourile obtinute se pun intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, se ung cu galbenus desfacut cu putin lapte si se dau la cuptor la foc mediu, in jur de 20 de minute, pana se rumenesc deasupra.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Ci\u003EUntul si galbenusul pentru uns placinta se pot inlocui cu ulei pentru a avea o placinta de post.\u003C\/i\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ESe scoate tava din cuptor si se acopera cu un prosop.
