Intre timp, cratita in care vom coace painea o punem in cuptor sa se incalzeasca. Impaturim dreptunghiul pe lungime, astfel incat sa acopere 3\/4 din suprafata. Lipim marginea apasand usor cu degetele, apoi din partea dublata incepem sa rulam, dand aluatului forma de sul. Indoim putin hartia, astfel incat sa facem o margine. Repetam operatiunea dupa fiecare bagheta in parte. Lateralele le vom sustine cu 2 cutii de carton, de la folia de aluminiu sau cea alimentara. Aluatul se lasa la crescut 30 minute.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Ci\u003EEu am pus toate ingredientele la masina de paine,la programul de framantare+dospire.\u003C\/i\u003E \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EIn functie de cat de mare este tava in care le veti coace sau de cat le vreti de mari impartiti aluatul in bucati pe care le modelati sub forma de bile.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ESe pun in tava unsa cu ulei, se lasa din nou la crescut, pentru vreo 15 minute. Omogenizam si lasam maiaua sa creasca la loc cald.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EFaina amestecata cu sarea o punem intr-un castron, facem o adancitura in mijloc si punem maiaua, uleiul si restul de apa si incepem sa framantam dinspre exterior spre interior. Vom obtine un aluat elestic si nelipicios.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ESe acopera vasul cu un prosop si se lasa aluatul la crescut in jur de 1 ora, pana isi dubleaza volumul.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EIntr-o tava unsa cu ulei de masline intindem aluatul cu mana. Lasam din nou la crescut, timp in care pregatim toppingul. Usturoiul bine pisat il amestecam cu cimbru si turnam deasupra uleiul de masline. Omogenizam si lasam la macerat pana creste aluatul.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EDupa ce aluatul a crescut facem cu degetele mici gropite, apasand cu varful degetelor pana aproape de fundul tavii. Turnam topping-ul deasupra si dam la cuptor la foc mediu pana se rumeneste.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Ci\u003EAluatul este suficient pentru o foccacia facuta intr-o tava 25\/35 cm. Se framanta un aluat elastic, care nu se lipeste de maini.
