Saram si piperam dupa gust, iar la sfarsit adaugam mararul verde tocat. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EFoile de placinta decongelate la temperatura camerei se impart in 2. Fiecare foaie se unge cu ulei si se aseaza intr-o tava (25\/35 cm). Dupa ce am terminat cu prima parte de foi punem compozitia de branza cu marar si acoperim cu cea de-a doua parte de foi, de asemenea unse cu ulei.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EOul il batem bine cu un praf de sare. Adaugam smantana si omogenizam. \"Sosul\" obtinut il turnam uniform peste placinta.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EDam tava la cuptor la foc mediu pentru cca 40-45 de minute, pana placinta se rumeneste. Punem si boabele de mustar, piper si coriandru, apoi punem la fiert. Fierbem pana carnea se inmoaie suficient. Scoatem pe un platou, lasam sa se racoreasca si taiem cubulete.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EIntr-un castron amestecam mozzarella si cascavalul date pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mari. Adaugam crema de branza, smantana si oul si omogenizam. Aromam dupa gust cu sare, piper, fulgi de ardei iute, usturoi, ceva ierburi de Provence si frunze de busuioc. La sfarsit incorporam bucatile de carne.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ETurnam compozitia intr-un vas termorezistent uns cu ulei si acoperim cu un strat generos de fulgi de porumb. Dam vasul la cuptor pentru cca 40-45 de minute, pana incepe a se rumeni usor.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\"Mami, a fost foarte bun.
