Se adauga zaharul si se mixeaza pana se obtine o spuma densa si lucioasa, asa ca pentru pandispan, stiti voi. :) Galbenusurile se amesteca cu uleiul si se toarna peste spuma de albus. Turnam incet iaurtul, omogenizam apoi incorporam incet si faina amestecata cu cacaoa, un praf de sare si praful de copt. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ETurnam compozitia intr-o tava (25\/35 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt si dam la cuptor la foc mediu pentru cca 40 de minute. Suprafata prajiturii va crapa si va fi ferma la atingere. Scoatem blatul pe un gratar si lasam la racit.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003EPentru crema:\u003C\/b\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E100 g ciocolata alba\u003Cbr \/\u003E200 ml smantana pentru frisca\u003Cbr \/\u003E5 g gelatina\u003Cbr \/\u003E50 g zahar (de preferat pudra)\u003Cbr \/\u003E250 g mascarpone\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EGelatina o punem la hidratat in cateva linguri cu apa rece. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ECiocolata rupta bucatele si amestecata cu smantana pentru frisca o topim la foc mic. Cand a ajuns la punctul de fierbere dam deoparte, omogenizam si lasam la racit. Cand a ajuns la o temperatura suportabila la deget adaugam gelatina si amestecam pana aceasta se dizolva complet. Dam la rece pana crema incepe sa se inchege. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EMixam crema cu zaharul, apoi adaugam mascarponele. Mixam pana la omogenizare.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EPunem crema peste blatul bine racit si dam la frigider pentru vreo ora. Se pudreaza cu cacao si se portioneaza. Trebuie sa obtinem o compozitie legata, ce se dezlipeste de castron. Daca mai este necesar se mai adauga putina faina.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EPe masa bine infainata se formeaza papanasii. Amestecam bine sa se topeasca zaharul.\u003Cb\u003E \u003C\/b\u003EIntr-un castron punem faina amestecata cu sarea si drojdia uscata. Facem o gropita la mijloc si turnam incet amestecul de lapte cu unt. Framantam bine, pana obtinem un aluat neted si nelipicios. Lasam la dospit pana isi dubleaza volumul.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EFramantam aluatul crescut, sa scoatem aerul din el, apoi il impartim in 2 parti. Fiecare parte se intinde intr-o foaie dreptunghiulara de cca 0.5 cm grosime, apoi se unge bine cu untul ce l-am lasat la temperatura camerei si l-am amestecat cu zaharul aromat.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EIndoim foaia de aluat, apoi taiem fasii de cca 2 cm latime.
