Desfacem compozitia  turnand laptele cate putin. Omogenizam, condimentam dupa gust cu sare si piper. Punem vasul din nou pe foc, adaugam spanacul si busuiocul tocate si fierbem pana incepe sa  se ingroase. La sfarsit, aprope de momentul in care este gata, punem usturoiul pisat.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ESe da deoparte si se toarna peste paste in castron. Adaugam oul, iaurtul, usturoiul pisat, spanacrul tocat si condimente dupa gust. Adaugam laptele caldut si uleiul si framantam un aluat elastic si omogen, ce nu se lipeste de maini. Se acopera cu un prosop si se lasa la crescut, pana isi dubleaza volumul.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Ci\u003EAluatul se poate prepara si la masina de paine.\u003C\/i\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003EPentru umplutura:\u003C\/b\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E200 g branza sarata (telemea)\u003Cbr \/\u003E1 ou\u003Cbr \/\u003E2 linguri smantana\u003Cbr \/\u003Espanac \u003Cbr \/\u003Esare si piper\u003Cbr \/\u003Emarar verde\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EIntr-un bol amestecam branza sfaramata cu oul si smantana. Fiecare bucata de aluat se intinde cu sucitorul\u0026nbsp; intr-o foaie ovala de cca 0.5 cm grosime. Se pune branza pe mijlocul foii, lasand marginile libere, de cca 3 cm. Se pliaza marginile peste umplutura, astfel incat capetele sa se intalneasca la mijloc, apoi se da forma de barcuta.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ESe aseaza barcutele in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se lasa cateva minute la dospit.
