Nessul il dizolvam in putina apa calduta (daca este granulat, daca e din cel fin merge si nedizolvat) si il incorporam in crema de unt impreuna cu esenta de vanilie. La sfarsit incorporam si nuca prajita si rupta bucati cu mana.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003EGlazura:\u003C\/b\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E100 g ciocolata amaruie\u003Cbr \/\u003E50 g unt\u003Cbr \/\u003E50 ml frisca lichida\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ECiocolata rupa bucatele o topim la foc mic cu untul si frisca lichida. Cand a ajuns la punctul de fierbere dam deoparte, omogenizam si lasam la racit.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EPeste blatul racit turnam crema de unt, nivelam si dam la rece cateva minute, sa se intareasca putin, dupa care acoperim cu glazura de ciocolata.
