Daca ti se ...Nu, crema nu se intareste foarte tare. Daca ti se pare ca se intareste prea tare, o scoti cu ceva vrema inainte de ornare si o pastrezi la temperatura camerei. Acum nu mai este atat de cald si se va pastra bine.<br />Glazura o poti face cum doresti, cum stii, cum iti place...nu e o regula anume. Untul da un luciu frumos glazurii de ciocolata, il poti pune fara probleme. Crema pastrata pentru finisar...Tentanta prajitura!<br /><br />Crema pastrata pentru finisare nu se intareste in cele cateva ore cat sta prajitura in frigider? Mi-e teama ca n-o s-o mai pot intinde.<br />Si fara unt in glazura?? Ma invatasem cu glazurile tale obisnuite: 100g ciocolata amaruie (apropo... mi-au trebuit 30 de ani ca sa aflu de la tine cat de buna e ciocolata amaruie :))+<br />50ml frisca lichida+ 50g unt, imi ies perfect.
