O gustarica rapid de facut si mai ales de mancat. :))
Avem nevoie de:
1 foaie de aluat pt foietaj (400 g)
200 g cascaval (sau 100g telemea+100g cascaval)
1 ou
mac sau susan
Foaia de aluat o ungem cu oul batut.

Separat dam pe razatoare cascavalul,apoi presaram peste aluat.

Presaram si mac sau susan. Apoi cu un sucitor tasam bine amestecul de branza.

punem in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt

si dam la cuptorul incins la 200 grade pentru 20 de minute,pana se aureste branza.

Daca veti coace in doua ture puneti saratelele necoapte la frigider,sa nu se inmoaie aluatul prea tare,sa le puteti transfera in tava. ;)
