Avem nevoie de:
2 portocale
1 galbenus
2 linguri zahar
100 ml frisca lichida
Portocalele le spalam si le taiem capacele.
Scoatem pulpa si o mixam.

Cojile se pun in congelator.
Galbenusul se bate in bain-marie cu zaharul si pulpa de portocala, pana devine o crema usoara.
Se aseaza vasul pe gheata si se bate in crema pana ce se raceste.
Frisca se bate si se amesteca in crema.
Se umplu cojile de portocala,

apoi se dau la congelator pentru minim 4 ore.

Se orneaza cu frisca si ciocolata rasa.
