Cat timp se coc taiteii se prepara siropul din zahar,apa si esenta de rom,care se toarna mai apoi,asa fierbinte cum e, peste taiteii rumeniti.
Se da din nou la cuptor si se coace pana se "leaga" taiteii si totul devine ca un blat.
Dupa ce s-a racit se acopera cu frisca batuta.
