1 cana orez
3 cani apa
1 cana mazare
1 cana porumb
1 cana ciuperci
1 catel de usturoi
1 ceapa
150 g smantana
1 lingura otet balsamic
verdeata proaspata
nucsoara
sare, piper
2-3 ulei masline
Orezul se caleste in uleiul incins,se adauga apa si se introduce vasul la cuptor, timp de 30-40 de minute.

Ceapa se taie pestisori fini si se freaca cu putina sare. Adauga otetul balsamic.

Ciupercile se fierb in apa cu putina sare si o lingura de otet,sa nu se innegreasca.

Mazarea si porumbul se fierb in apa cu sare.Cand sunt gata se pun intr-o sita la scurs si racit.

Peste ceapa se pune mazarea fiarta, porumbul si ciupercile, taiate si calite cateva minute in ulei foarte incins impreuna cu usturoiul pisat.

Se adauga verdeata, sarea, piperul si nucsoara .
Orezul se scoate din cuptor si se lasa la racit.Dupa ce s-a racit se adauga smantana,amestecand usor.
