Avem nevoie de:
1 piept de pui
2 oua
1 cana pesmet
1 cana faina
100 g susan
5 catei usturoi
sare,piper,cimbru
Pieptul de pui se taie felii subtiri si lungi.Se pun intr-un castron si se adauga usturoiul pisat si restul mirodeniilor.

Se amesteca bine si se da la frigider cateva ore,sa se intrepatrunda bine aromele.
Faina o turnam peste carne si agitam bine,astfel incat toate bucatile de carne sa fie bine acoperite.

Fiecare bucatica de carne se trece prin ouale batute bine cu un praf de sare.

Apoi prin pesmetul amestecat cu susan.

Se prajesc in ulei bine incins,la foc moderat.Se rumenesc bine pe ambele parti si se scot pe un prosop absorbant.

Au fost atat de buni,incat n-am mai avut nevoie de garnitura.Am papat simpli,cu paine proaspata si salata de rosii. ;)
