* Aluat:
* 120 ml lapte caldut
* 2 oua
* 1 lingura ulei
* 50 g zahar
* 2 pliculete zahar vanilat
* 1 cutie crema de unt Milli
* 2 lingurite drojdie uscata
* 1/2 lingurita sare
* 550 g faina
* Umplutura:
* 200 g nuca
* 100 g zahar
* 1 lingurita scortisoara
* cateva linguri lapte, cat sa se lege compozitia
Aluatul este cel folosit la gogosi de tot felul.
L-am preparat la masina de paine, programul framantare+dospire, in total 1 ora si jumatate. Am pus ingredientele in cuva masinii si am scos aluatul pe masa infainata cand a fost gata crescut.

Se rup bucatele potrivit de mari si se intind cu mana pe masa.

Pe fiecare bucata de aluat punem cate o lingura de umplutura,

apoi adunam marginile formand o bocceluta.

apoi crestam din loc in loc cu un cutit bine ascutit.

Rulam si rasucim, apoi o invartim, formand un melc. Punem aluatul in forme, lasam la crescut aproximativ jumatate de ora.
