* Mou de ciocolata:
* 100 gr ciocolata amaruie
* 60 gr zahar
* 1 lingura apa
* 15 gr unt
* 2 galbenusuri
* Decor:
* sos de ciocolata
Zaharul il topim impreuna cu apa la foc mic. Siropul obtinut il turnam peste cele 2 galbenusuri, punem vasul la bain-marine si mixam pana obtinem o crema clara si spumoasa. Adaugam untul moale, la temperatura camerei si mixam. Adaugam ciocolata si amestecam pana compozitia se va transforma intr-o masa compacta. Compozitia obtinuta o intindem intr-o foaie de 1 cm grosime, dupa care dam la frigider pentru 1 ora.

Bananele le taiem in doua pe lungime, le decojim, pastrand coaja intreaga si le taiem bucatele.
Intr-o tigaie topim untul impreuna cu zaharul si cand capata o culoare aurie adaugam bucatile de banana, pe care le prajim in jur de 1 minut, pe ambele parti, pana se rumenesc putin si se inmoaie.
Punem in cojile de banana si stropim cu sos de ciocolata.
