Pieptul de pui se taie bucati, se bate cu ciocanul de snitele, se condimenteza. Pe fiecare bucata de carne punem cate o bucata de cabanos crestata la capete, rulam strans si prindem cu o scobitoare.
Punem rulourile obtinute intr-o tava,

stropim cu ulei de masline, presaram cu cimbru.
