* 1 morcov
* 2 catei usturoi
* 1 ou
* sare si piper
* busuioc
* cimbru
Jumatate din pieptul de pui il tocam impreuna cu morcov, usturoi, ou, sare, piper si busuioc.
Cealalta jumatate o feliem, iar fiecare felie o batem cu ciocanul de snitele. Saram si piperam dupa gust.

Punem rulourile obtinute intr-un vas yena, stropim cu cateva linguri de ulei, presaram cu cimbru.

Adaugam si 1/2 de pahar cu apa si dam la cuptor pana se rumenesc.
