* 200 g unt
* 3 catei usturoi
* cozile de la o ceapa verde
* 1 lingurita rozmarin
* sare si piper
Usturoiul, cozile de ceapa cu rozmarin, sare si piper se pun intr-un castron (sau mojar daca aveti) si se piseaza pana devin pasta.

Untul moale la temperatura camerei se mixeaza pana devine pufos, apoi se adauga peste pasta si se omogenizeaza.

Se foloseste pentru aromatizarea oricarui fel de carne, a cartofilor sau poate fi servit ca atare, cu paine prajita.
